Type of Property: Villa Villa Bellera is situated less than 500m from the shore of Lake Como in Pianello del Lario, and has accommodation for up to 10 people (with a maximum of 7 adults at any one time). The villa stands in its own garden, has a 6m x 4m private swimming pool and a large terrace with spectacular views of the lake and the Alps. The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms: Two with king-size beds, wardrobes (one with lake view). The third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, a single bed and a truckle bed (sleeping 4 people all together). There is an additional bedroom/playroom with TV/DVD player, fitted wardrobes & drawers, double sofa bed, games, a kids table & chairs. There are two bathrooms; one with bath, shower head, WC & heated towel rail on the ground floor and the second bathroom is upstairs and is fitted with a free standing shower, WC & heated towel rail. The lounge enjoys a 2 seater sofa & armchair, a functional wood burning stove, iPod sound dock and a TV point. The fully equipped kitchen is clean & modern with gas oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster. There is also a washing machine, hoover & clothes horse in the utility room. The large garden is ideal for a family to enjoy. There is a 6m x 4m swimming pool, a large shaded patio with wooden table, eight chairs, a brick built BBQ, double hammock under a tree, paddling pool and other garden toys; all surrounded by fencing and a lockable gate. | There is a service charge which is inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. | To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
